Occupancy: 700 guests (includes Dance Hall, Wedding Tent, and up to the Chapel of Hope ) ***

  • All items included in the other site rentals (fire pits, washrooms, etc.)

  • Free on-site parking

Rates & Terms:

  • $3200.00 rental

  • $2000.00 deposit due upon confirmation of booking

  • $200.00 access for every 4 hours additional (including day-before set-up Must be booked in advance. Your rental is strictly for this 4 hour period.

Alcohol:

Our entire site is licensed between the tent and halls, excluding the chapel area. Please refer to our Bar Guide for a breakdown of expectations and requirements for setting up alcohol on-site.

Cleaning & Repair:

Any cleaning or damage above and beyond normal wear-and-tear will incur an additional charge. We require a Rental Agreement for all whole-site rentals.

**Limitation:

Red Barn Plaza is not included in the Ranch Site rental. It is its own separate venue, including separate parking and licensing.


Inclement Weather: Although we wish we could predict the weather, this is beyond our control. Should inclement weather become a factor we will do everything in our power to ensure your event is not adversely affected. In extreme cases we may need to offer another venue if available. Many guests who book our tent also book our Dance Hall as a backup plan.
