• $ 1050.00 rental

• $ 500.00 deposit due upon confirmation of booking

• $ 300.00 access for every 4 hours additional (including day-before set-up or gift openings.) Must be booked in advance. Your rental is strictly for this 4 hour period.

AV Equipment:

PA System:

Our PA System can broadcast throughout The Dance Hall and yard with one convenient hook-up that can be used with cellphones, laptops, or most music systems. It is not compatible with Apple (Mac) products without the proper adapters – for best results we strongly recommend doing a full AV test the day before your event.

AV Set-up and DJ’s:

We have a projector and screen available. If you are bringing an outside DJ and sound system in, please note that power is not an infinite resource. Our facility is sufficient for most set-ups, but to ensure that the power draw isn’t more than our system can handle we strongly encourage you to do a full AV test the day before the event. If a generator needs to be arranged, or the layout changed, it is better to know beforehand.
